Mobile Pool Testing - Terms & Conditions
- Service Overview
- Mobile pool testing is provided by Image Home Improvements Inc. (IHI).
- This service may be:
- Charged separately, or
- Free if the client contracts IHI for pool opening and closing services, or
- Included free in IHI’s Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze maintenance packages.
- Technicians
- Pool testing is performed by trained technicians.
- Technicians are trained to:
- Safely transport and add pool chemicals,
- Use specialized software to determine and track appropriate chemical levels.
- Add product to the pool and dispensors
- Adjust sanitizer output
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure all pool equipment is properly sized and in good working order.
- IHI is not responsible for the operation or malfunction of pool equipment.
- Equipment and Chemical Safety
- Proper functioning of the pool pump, chlorinator, or saltwater chlorine generator is critical.
- IHI is not responsible for high chlorine levels caused by:
- Equipment instability,
- Oversized equipment,
- Malfunctioning equipment.
- Liability for Pool Damage
- High chlorine levels can damage pool liners.
- IHI is not liable for liner damage resulting from:
- Equipment not operating correctly,
- Oversized or malfunctioning equipment.
